5) Why did you feel inspired to create your company:

Natalya had been making her home brewed cream for years. People were lining up at her Seattle home to purchase the magic potion.  Murphy noticed — and The Better Skin Co. was born. 

6) What do you love most about running your company:

Connecting with our customers is the greatest feeling. We exist for them. They let us know what they like, don’t like and what they would like to see next. It’s exciting to build a brand for the people. We are skincare without borders.   

7) If you could have one person from history or fiction using The Better Skin Company's products, who would it be:

I would say JFK and Jackie O. They were so vibrant, full of life and represented the beginning of a fresh faced, clean era that set standards for style and good skin.

8) How has The Better Skin Company adapted for the COVID-19 crisis:

We have spent a lot of time entertaining our customers. We recently produced an online two-day music festival, Beauty and Beats. The goal was to give our clients some self-care for the soul. We have also ramped up our partnerships and collaborations.  We want to keep our interactions fun during this stressful time. We also adapted by making Hand Sanitizers — a big customer request.
